Architectural Planning & Design

Offering over 35 years of international experience in architectural design and planning, De-sign2 architect, Valentin Pilyavskiy will guide you through the design process. Landscape Design

Sasha has over a decade of experience in high-end, urban, and suburban landscape design and project management, and sustainable land planning and resource management. His deep knowledge of native and ornamental plants  combined with a strong sense of space and a fine arts background allows him to create outdoor spaces in tune with the surrounding environment and in line with the needs of our discerning clients. Interior Design

Our backgrounds in the fine arts, art history, architecture and design combined with the understanding and knowledge of international styles gives De-sign2 the ability to provide our clients with tasteful, practical and fashionable interior design options. We can provide you with some ideas to help you see the big picture and we can develop detailed plans that include custom details such as millwork and cabinetry, specialty lighting, finishes, furnishings, etc... Renderings

If reading plans is not your strong suit, we can help. Color paints the picture and a picture is worth a thousand words.  The right visual presentation can reduce confusion and can build confidence in the final product. Visual aids can also bring to light additional possibilities or options. We can provide you with a beautiful hand rendering or a computer generated 3D model that brings the project to life.
